Redington Beach is located on a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico. It is one of the three "Redington's", and is surrounded by water; with the Intracoastal Waterway to the East and the Gulf of Mexico to the West.
The town of Redington Beach is primarily a residential community, with a population of about 1,700, and was incorporated in 1935.
Its small size, only about 1 square mile in size, doesn't lack for anything. The town boasts 4 town parks, 5 public beach accesses, and a community recreation area, as well as plenty of shopping and dining areas.
All of this, while maintaining a small beach town feel makes Redington Beach a wonderful place to call home.
