David P. Grieco and
Michael A. Lynch . It evolved into a full service
real estate company that provides sales services as the award winning Coldwell Banker Sun Vista Realty and rental services under Sun Vista Reservations. Both divisions are at two separate locations on Gulf Blvd. in Indian Shores, directly across from the Gulf of Mexico.
Sun Vista Reservations has grown into a full service rental and property management company that has accumulated over 250 rental properties and generates millions in rental revenue for its owners annually!

Suzanne is originally from Philadelphia, PA and studied at the Pocono Real Estate Academy before her first job as a Rental Department Coordinator in in Albrightsville in 1997. She has plenty of experience in the Insurance Claims Industry. She is a licensed Real Estate agent and Realtor and has had a lot of exposure to beach properties. She relocated to the Sunshine state in 2005 to enjoy the Beach Life. Suzanne resides in Seminole with her son and is very active in the Community with Cub Scouts and Little League.
Jared began selling, renting and managing homes in May 2017 while living in NY. He is enthralled with real estate and the many nuances of the profession. He gravitates towards the property management service due to his knowledge of home maintenance and his desire to provide fellow investors the greatest return on investment. Jared has been a part of several residential investment purchases, sales, wholesales and rehabs – and continues to work on his own investment portfolio.
Jared enjoys the non-stop action that comes with managing investment properties. The knowledge and experience gained enables him to assist his investor and homeowner clients with their rental units.
Jared spends his time fishing, playing baseball and reading books and watching videos to learn different topics while not working diligently for his clients.
Central Office Manager
Tracey is a native of Florida, born in Bradenton Florida. She has an extensive background in Senior Management positions from raising millions of dollars for one of the largest cancer societies in the country, to working on the NASDAQ trading floor. She has also sat on the Board for the Congressional Medal of Honor campaign which held their annual gala in Tampa in 2019. She has owned a Property Management company and managed a Real Estate office early on in her career. Tracey has also had the honor of assisting in advance services for the President of the United States taking her not only to domestic locations but international locations as well such as Poland and Rome. Tracey calls beautiful Treasure Island home and is raising 2 wonderful young adults. Tracey is the epitome of a “people person” and looks forward to meeting you!
Antonella was born in Palermo, Sicily and moved to the states in 1993. She speaks Italian and Spanish and received her education in the Pocono’s area of Pennsylvania where she completed her college education at Lackawanna College.
Antonella visited Florida for the first time in 2007 and has always dreamed of making it her home. "I wouldn't dream of being anywhere else in the world!" She is married and raising 4 wonderful boys. She knows and understands the vacation challenges of hard working families and the importance of a great vacation. She has been in the hospitality industry for over 13 years and is a real people person which makes doing business with her a pleasure.
Ruth relocated from Illinois to Florida, to help her in-laws in their real estate business. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent with over 20 years experience in all aspects of vacation rentals. She has managed properties from renting the unit to handling any issues that may occur. She excels in connecting the perfect rental property per customer needs,to make their vacation memorable. Before getting into the Real Estate Business, she acquired an accounting degree. An accounting background has come in handy with the business side of managing rental units.
Claudia was born and raised in Germany. Claudia fell in love with the area while on vacation in Indian Rocks Beach 25 years ago and knew then that it was where she wants to spend her life and decided to move here. She is fluent in the German language. Claudia received her college education in Germany while working for the Post Office. After making her dream a reality she got married and raised her daughter in Indian Rocks Beach. Claudia has 20 years of experience in the vacation rental industry and brings those skills to the highest level of administrative support to the Coldwell Banker Sun Vista family. Claudia loves watching dolphins and boating while soaking up the wonderful Florida sunshine on the beach.
Sharon has work in accounting in several states and has even worked for a time in Japan. She chose to live in Largo Florida because of its sense of community and small town feel. She has well over 25 years of working with various accounting and computer systems and was a licensed Realtor at one point of her long career.
